The International Virtual Aviation Organization, or IVAO for short, is an online platform for flight simulation enthusiasts founded all the way back in 1998 to create a simulated real-world environment, in company of other people - both flying or providing Air Traffic Control services.

IVAO is a legally registered not-for-profit-organization (NPO) under Belgian law. It has a multi-layered management structure to ensure it is strategically governed in a fair, legal and transparent way. All IVAO's services and software will always be provided free of charge as the organization's costs are covered by private donations and corporate sponsorship.

Although other networks exist offering similar services, none can match IVAO! We offer you the best in-house-developed software on the market, trainings and lessons provided by real world pilots and ATC officers, global coverage, largest supportive community and all of that free of charge!

IVAO supports all mainstream simulators on the market. From beloved Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane and P3D, all the way to earliest 2000's Flight Simulator iterations by Microsoft.

YES! Any person interested in joining IVAO can chose to be registered with our division during their registration process. Our training staff and members are highly English proficient and welcoming towards everyone, ready to offer you help throughout your training process.

As a virtual pilot you will be able to fly through some of the worlds most breathtaking sceneries which Croatia retains. From beautiful Adriatic coast and its amazing island, through mountainous terrain of Dinaric Alps all the way to vast plains of Slavonia, Croatia truly has something to offer for everyone!

As an ATC you will be controlling airports with unique procedures. High terrains around many Croatian airports are something you will constantly have to be vigilant about, therefore controlling in our division provides great challenges and requires true skills!

You will be participating in interesting events and tours prepared by our amazing events department. But most importantly, you will be accompanied by our friendly members and helpful staff.
